The Cliff Booth film with Brad Pitt changes its title again

Eight years after Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Brad Pitt reprises the role of Cliff Booth in David Fincher’s new film, which has just revealed its final title.

Cliff Booth is preparing to return to service.

Netflix has just revealed the new title of the film directed by David Fincher, still with Brad Pitt in the role of the stuntman imagined by Quentin Tarantino.

The film will ultimately be titled The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth. It will be released in IMAX in the United States on November 25, 2026, for two weeks only, before arriving on Netflix on December 23.

A new change of title since the project was first presented under the name The Continuing Adventures of Cliff Boothbefore becoming The Adventures of Cliff Booth.

Still written by Quentin Tarantino, the film takes place in 1977, approximately eight years later Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Cliff Booth will then evolve in a Hollywood very different from the one he knew, for a new adventure which marks the return of Brad Pitt in one of his most popular roles.

This time, Tarantino doesn’t direct. The filmmaker explained that he did not want his next film, which he presents as potentially his last, to be a sequel: “I love this scenario, but I’m still treading on the same ground I’ve already walked.” David Fincher therefore takes the controls, with Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Peter Weller in the cast.
