The clown of that will come back just before Halloween, on HBO Max
The horror series, that: Welcome to Derry, finally has a release date.
The clown will go up on stage for Halloween.
HBO has finally unveiled the launch date of his prequel series of that. Entitled that: Welcome to Derry, she will arrive in France on the HBO Max platform from next Monday October 27.
That: Welcome to Derry is a brand new series whose intrigue takes place several decades before the dark events of that, in the 1960s.
Inspired by Stephen King’s novel, this new project develops the vision established by filmmaker Andy Muschietti – still in control – in the two feature films. This new story ventures far beyond King’s classic novel with new characters and the discovery of several scary mysteries.
Synopsis: “Strange events take place in the city of Derry in the 1960s linked to Pennywise Le Clown, a mysterious character who haunts Derry.”
Taylour Paige will be Zola, a young African-American woman who arrives in Derry when there are strange events. Jovan Adepo, Chris Chalk, James NEME, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe and Rudy Mancuso complete the cast.
Without forgetting Bill Skarsgård who resumes his emblematic role and signs the return of an icon of horror, Pennywise.
