When Reacher becomes War Machine in a new Netflix film: trailer
Alan Ritchson will be an elite soldier facing a giant robot in this unique military action film.
Nothing to do with Marvel.
Alan Ritchson is disloyal to Prime Video to hire his muscles to competitor Netflix, in this military action film with an improbable SF touch. The trailer which has just been posted online reveals our good old Reacher in the role of a soldier training tirelessly to join the US Army Rangers. In the middle of training, he and his team find themselves facing an unexpected enemy: a giant robot that looks like a deadly alien machine programmed to hunt them down…
The synopsis details: “As soldiers prepare to join an elite army corps, they must interrupt their training to survive in the face of an unimaginable threat.”
Directed by Patrick Hughes, who also co-wrote the screenplay with James Beaufort, the film also stars Dennis Quaid, Stephan James, Jai Courtney and Esai Morales.
War Machine will be released on March 6, 2026 on Netflix.
