Kill Bill finally gathered in a single film in the cinema, with a unprecedented sequence
“The Whole Bloody Affair” will arrive in December in American theaters. Hoping for a French outing as well.
This is how Quentin Tarantino wanted to show us Kill Bill Originally.
For the first time, Lionsgate will officially release the famous Beatrix Kiddo diptych in the form of a unique film, more than 20 years after the release of the first volume.
Entitled Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affairthis rare edition will be released on December 5, 2025 in certain rooms in the United States, with special projections in 70mm and 35mm. We do not yet know how the exit will take place in France. QT explains:
“I had written and directed Kill Bill as a single film – and I am delighted to finally give fans the opportunity to see it as well. The best way to see Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affairit is on the big screen, in 70mm or 35mm. All blood and guts in all their glory! “
It should be noted that the version will cut the end of the end of Kill Bill: Volume 1 which was teaspoon and the intro sequence of Kill Bill: Volume 2 which summarized the previous component, in order to keep the unit of the whole film.
But that’s not all: this new version will also include a unique lively sequence of 7 minutes 30.
Lionsgate summarizes: “The film unites volume 1 and volume 2 in a single not classified story – presented exactly as Tarantino had imagined it, with a new animated sequence ever seen. Uma Thurman embodies the Bride, left for dead after a former boss and lover, Bill, attacked her repetition of marriage, shot on her and stole her child to be born. To take revenge, she must track down the four Squad assassination before facing Bill himself. The Whole Bloody Affair stands out as one of the most emblematic vengeful sagas of cinema – rarely shown in its complete form and now presented with a classic intermission. “
