Dany Boon announces his very first series for Netflix: Johnny Biloute

A tale in the North of France (obviously) which will follow a gang of biker fans of Johnny…

He had already signed a streaming film for Netflix in 2021, in full confinement, with 8, rue de l’Humanité, a comedy set during the pandemic.

Dany Boon returns to the platform, but this time, to develop his very first series.

Created, written and directed by Dany Boon himself, Johnny Biloute is currently in production in the North of France.

“I can’t wait to start filming my first Johnny Biloute series in my Ch’Nord which I am happy to find again, to make people laugh, move people and celebrate the memory of my friend Johnny Hallyday, by telling the life of the ‘Biloutes Bikers’ motorcycle club by the sea, always and forever fans of the Taulier”, explains Dany Boon in this short video shared on the networks and in which he says he takes Harley lessons.

The story of Johnny Biloute will therefore “celebrate the memory of Johnny Hallyday” by talking about Rudy, “a biker with a big heart ready to do anything to defend his biker club and the memory of his idol, Johnny Hallyday”, indicates Netflix in the press release for the series.

Filming, planned in France and Belgium, is due to begin next April. The series will be made up of six 35-minute episodes.
