A date and the first images of season 3 of Shrinking

Jason Segel and Harrison Ford are dating again.

The third season of Shrinking will be made up of 11 episodes, and we have the date: it is expected from Wednesday January 28, 2026. The first episode, lasting one hour, will be followed by a weekly broadcast until April 8, 2026. It will be seen on Apple TV + and also on Canal + in France.

In Shrinking, Jimmy (played by Jason Segel) is a grieving psychotherapist who suddenly decides to break all the rules of his profession by telling his patients what he really thinks. By ignoring all ethics, he disrupts the lives of the people around him — including his own.

Created by Bill Lawrence, Jason Segel and Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso), season 3 of Shrinking will also bring back Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell and Ted McGinley. Among the new faces, we will also come across Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox, who are joining the cast. The Back to the Future star is resuming her career at 63, after a long break.
