A perfect couple will have a season 2 on Netflix, without Nicole Kidman

The Netflix series will turn into anthology with a new story on Nantucket.

After having met with a very nice success at the end of the summer of 2024, A perfect couple will be entitled to a suite. A season 2 which will have nothing to do with a new story and a new casting, but which launches, in fact, an anthology “perfect couple” on Netflix.

This second season will adapt another novel by Elin Hilderbrand, Swan Song. The book published in 2024 presents completely different characters with the only common point of the location: the story takes place on the opulent island of Nantucket. But rather than the Winbury, we will follow the mysterious Richardson family.

“The police chief Ed Kapenash is preparing to retire. The blonde Sharon crosses a divorce. But when a summer house worth $ 22 million is bought by the mysterious Richardson-how did they earn this money, exactly?-Ed, Sharon and all the inhabitants of the community are taken in an intense drama. Joanna Calo will write this new season and Nicole Kidman will still be a producer, but she will probably not be in the casting, even if no name has not yet been announced.
