A year after Oppenheimer, Cillian Murphy has finished filming his next film

Cillian Murphy shared this photo on social media, along with actor Jay Lycurgo and screenwriter Max Porter, who is adapting his own novel here. Shy. The director is called Tim Mielants, and he knows Murphy well from having directed all the episodes of season 3 of Peaky Blinders. He has also worked on other prestigious series such as Legion, The Terror Or Tales from the Loop.
In Steve, Cillian Murphy will play the title hero, headmaster of a school for boys with social and behavioral difficulties.
After two months of filming, production has just wrapped. Steve doesn’t have a release date yet, but Cillian Murphy will remain on Netflix as it prepares to begin production on the film Peaky Blinders.
