But what is Pluribus? New teaser for the crazy series by Vince Gilligan
The creator of Breaking Bad returns with a mystery thriller and plays with our nerves.
It will certainly be the great mystery of this end of the year on television.
Vince Gilligan, creator of Breaking Bad, signed a series full of surprises and at least intriguing called Pluribus.
For the past few weeks, Apple TV+ has brought the sauce to go out of various short teasers, which set up a very mysterious atmosphere, around this crazy as promising pitch: “The most miserable person on earth must save the world … from happiness.”
Pluribus also marks Gilligan’s reunion with Rhea Seehorn, which he revealed in Better Call Saul. Here she will play Carol Sturka, a successful novelist specializing in historical romances. And in this teaser, we see her behind the wheel of her car when a light panel suddenly displays: “Welcome Carol.” Crazy, she restarts in a rush. The video ends with a disturbing message: “Enjoy Your Stay, Carol. (202) 808-3981.”
Alongside Seehorn, we find Karolina Wydra (Sneaky Pete) and Carlos Manuel Vesga (The Hijacking of Flight 601), with Miriam Shor (American Fiction) and Samba Schutte (Our Flag Means Death).
Season 1 of Pluribus will have nine episodes: the first two will be posted on Friday, November 7, 2025 on Apple TV+, and the final is scheduled for December 26. The series is already renewed for a season 2.
