Discovery, the video came close to 100 million views worldwide in just 48 hours, across all digital media. A score that makes it the most viewed original series trailer launch in the history of HBO Max.
A figure all the more impressive as it comes after a long break between seasons 2 and 3. Four years have passed, but Rue’s fans are still there. Proof that the aura of the series has lost none of its power – quite the contrary.
To measure the extent of the performance, the comparison with other HBO juggernauts is eloquent. Season 2 of The Last of Us generated 158 million views in three days, while the final season of Game of Thrones reached 81 million views in 24 hours.
Season 3 of Euphoria will be broadcast from April 13 on HBO Max in France.
