What will it look like The Batman 2 ?
Robert Pattinson has just lifted a very small corner of the veil. Asked by Colliderthe actor explained that the sequel directed by Matt Reeves will represent a real break with the film released in 2022.
“It’s so ambitious. I said the other day that the first film offered a different take on a Batman film, and this one offers another. It’s definitely a huge shift, like a departure from the first game, but, in a way, it retains some elements of its atmosphere. It’s really very ambitious and I can’t wait to see how it all turns out.“
Enough to arouse even more curiosity around The Batman: Part IIthe plot of which remains completely secret.
Matt Reeves finds Pattinson behind the mask, almost six years after the first film, with a particularly prestigious new cast. Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Charles Dance, Brian Tyree Henry and Sebastian Koch have notably joined the adventure, alongside Jeffrey Wright, Colin Farrell and Andy Serkis, already present in the first part.
Filming is currently underway in the United Kingdom and the film is due to be released in cinemas in France on February 16, 2028.
