Kevin Smith savor his return to Cannes for the 25th anniversary of Dogma
The comedy carried by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck in fallen angels will be screened during the classics Cannes sessions.
On the occasion of 25 years of Dogmathe satirical comedy of Kevin Smiththe American director organizes a tour to celebrate this anniversary as it should be, with the “Dogma: The Resurrection Tour, A 25th Anniversary Celebration With Kevin Smith”.
From the June 5the film will be visible on more than 1,500 American screens. But before that, a Special stop is planned on the Croisette as part of CANNES CLASSICS selection.
Dogma will be projected in the presence of Kevin Smith and Robert Yeoman, the film leader.
Kevin Smith hastened to share his enthusiasm on Instagram account, declaring that “The loop is completed at the Cannes Film Festival”. Indeed, it is during The 1999 edition that the film is presented worldwideexcluding competition. He adds:
