For her beginnings as a director, she entrusted the title role to June Squibb. The meemaw of Big Bang Theory embodies Eleanor Morgenstein, 94, Playful and proudly unbearable. After a devastating loss, this endearing old lady embarks on a personal story … who ends up taking a dangerous turn. Johansson signs here a dramatic comedy that is both tender and biting on the way the stories we hear end up becoming those we are racing.
Written by Tory Kamen, the film also brings together Erin Kellyman, Jessica Hecht, Rita Zohar and Chiwetel Ejiofor around Squibb.
