Season 2 of Andor finishes filming

Diego Luna announces that he is almost finished.

Good news for fans ofAndor : the filming of season 2 of the series Star Wars coming to an end. The actor Diego Luna announced it on the red carpet of the Emmy Awards. Speaking to Variety, he announced that he will be in London this week to finish production:

“I have seven days of filming left. We’re finishing it these days!”

By the way, Diego Luna suggests he’ll be done with Star Wars after this. Season 2 of Andor will be the last of the series. “It’s good to have an end in sight, to film with a purpose”he rejoices.

As for broadcasting, it won’t be right away. In 2024, Disney Plus will broadcast two series Star Wars: The Acolyte And Skeleton Crew. Season 2 ofAndor will wait until 2025.
