The season 1 finale is broadcast from today in France on OCS. But that won’t be the end of the series. “We can’t wait to bring fans back to DeadCity to the epicenter of Manhattan for more spectacular action with Maggie and Negan. And, even before its broadcast, we are delighted to renew Daryl Dixon as we bring the apocalypse to France, transforming Notre Dame de Paris, Pont du Gard and other iconic locations into an apocalyptic landscape like never before.”
In effect, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, the other spin-off, has been renewed for a second season now. Season 1 will only begin on Sunday, September 10.
