When Harry finds Sally: Billy Cristal and Meg Ryan announce a return
A sequel? A series? A reboot? Or more certainly an ad for the Super Bowl…
It is one of the romantic comedies that laid the foundations for today’s romcom. When Harry Met Sally is still popular 35 years later. Yet, Meg Ryan And Billy Crystal never came back for a sequel.
Will it be in 2025? Through an Instagram post, the cult couple meets again and writes in the caption:
“Finally, it’s going to happen! We’re getting together for something iconic. I can’t wait to show it off soon”writing Meg Ryan in his post.
The shared photo shows Ryan and Crystal sitting side by side on a plush couch in a room adorned with patterned wallpaper. This is a detailed recreation of the “couple interviews” segment of the cult comedy, which concluded the film in 1989 (see photo below). The reconstruction is careful to the point where Crystal even wears her character’s famous white sweater.
So are they really going to do When Harry Met Sally 2 ? A sequel or a spin-off series? Or a reboot? Or a meeting to go behind the scenes of the film? More likely, we guess that this reunion of Harry and Sally will be filmed during an advertising event for the 59th Super Bowl which is fast approaching…
