Janice has always been one of the most popular characters to Friends. So much so that the filming team had to hide it from the public, behind the scenes of the front studio, each of its appearances on live filming.
It is one of the amazing anecdotes that the actress Maggie Wheeler shared in a recent episode of the podcast Still Here Hollywood.
“I was not allowed to hang around around the tray, like going to eat with a buffet or other. I was made to stay in my dressing room!”
Wheeler, who appeared 19 times in Friendsrecalls that he was told with humor: “No food for you! “
