He becomes an actor in Hollywood again! After fueling the celebrity and judicial pages of the American press, Johnny Depp resumes normal activity with Day Drinker.
The Lionsgate studio officially launched the production of the film and unveils a first image of the star sporting a thick graying beard and a glass in hand. After his highly publicized judicial troubles with his ex-wife Amber Heard, Johnny Depp is back.
This new film, signed Marc Webb (500 days together, Snow White), brings together for the fourth time Johnny Depp And Penélope Cruzafter their noted collaborations in Work,, Pirates of the Caribbean: La Fontaine de Jouvence And The crime of the Orient-Express. By their side, we will find Madelyn Cline (Outer Banks), but also Manu Ríos, Arón Piper, Juan Diego Botto and Anika Boyle, completing a casting as glamorous as they are international.
Shot in Spain, the film is produced by Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee, figurehead behind the franchise John Wickvia their company Thunder Road.
Day Drinker Tell the story of a barmaid working on a private yacht (interpreted by Cline), which crosses the road to a guest as enigmatic as disturbing (Depp). Very quickly, they find themselves trapped in a dangerous game orchestrated by a figure of the crime (Cruz), in an intrigue where appearances are more than ever misleading.
