MURDERBOT-Journal of an Assasynth is the new science fiction series of the platform.

Adapted from the Science Fiction best-seller of Martha Wells, The Murderbot Diariesthis new series mixes thriller and comedy in a futuristic universe. At the heart of the story, we find Alexander Skarsgård (also producer) who embodies a cyborg security agent responsible for the protection of humans secretly called Assasynth. A season of 10 episodes during which the viewer will follow the incredible adventures of this robot in a space atmosphere.

Created by Chris and Paul Weitz,, Murderbot will broadcast his first two episodes on May 16, 2025, followed by a new episode every Friday until July 11. History immerses us in the daily life of this security android (Alexander Skarsgård) who, while being terrified by the way of acting men, has a rather fascinating attraction for its most fragile customers. Murderbot must at all costs hide his freedom of reflection. All he wants is to observe futuristic SOAPs and think about his place in the universe, unfortunately, he must carry out a sinister mission.

Alexander Skarsgård is known for his role as Eric Northman in the television series True Blood And for its interpretation in the mini-series Generation kill. He also played Tarzan in the eponymous film in 2016. Winner of The Emmy Award for the best supporting male role In a mini-series in 2017, the performance of the Swedish actor had caused a sensation in Big Little Lies. More recently, he was headlining Robert Eggers’ film, The Northman.
