Dan Stevens to star in season 3 of The Terror

The Terror: Devil in Silver will be released in 2025.

The star of Legion returns to the small screen. Six years after its launch, the anthology The Terror will return for a third season, based on Victor LaValle’s novel “The Devil in Silver.”

Titled: The Terror: Devil in Silvershe will see Dan Stevens play Pepper, “A soulful working-class man who, through a combination of bad luck and his own bad temper, finds himself wrongly committed to New Hyde Mental Hospital – an institution filled with people society would rather forget. There, he must face patients working against him, doctors harboring sinister secrets, and perhaps even the Devil himself. As Pepper navigates a hellish landscape where nothing is as it seems, he discovers that the only path to freedom is to confront the entity that feeds on the suffering within the walls of New Hyde – but doing so may prove that the worst demons of all live within him.”

Victor LaValle will himself be a screenwriter with Chris Cantwell. The six episodes of The Terror: Devil in Silver will be released on AMC and AMC+ in 2025.
