English crime thriller Criminal Record to get season 2 on Apple TV+

Peter Capaldi And Cush Jumbo are back in service. Apple TV+ has officially ordered the second season of the police series Criminal Recordcreated by Paul Rutman.

Thriller set in modern-day London, Criminal Record follows two brilliant detectives who will face off again in a new murder investigation. Because in this season 2, June Lenker (played by Cush Humbo) has been promoted “A senior officer in charge of a political rally when it is attacked by far-right counter-protesters. The violent clash leaves a young man dead and a guilt-ridden June hunts down the killer, desperate to bring him to justice. Daniel Hegarty (Peter Capaldi) is now a key figure in police intelligence and will be her best hope. Except that to get his help, she will have to accept a dangerous deal.

This season 2 of Criminal Record does not yet have a release date. It will be available in France on Apple TV + and also on Canal +.
