General Grievous goes on a rampage in this excerpt from Tales of the Empire
The new animated Star Wars series which will tell, among other things, the genocide of the Night Sisters…
The dark side will be trending in the “far far away” galaxy this year. While we wait The Acolyterecounting the emergence of the Sith during the High Republic, Disney Plus will be released a few weeks earlier Star Wars: Tales of the Empirewhich will tell the point of view of the Empire, through some animated short films in the style of Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi.
We discover a new extract in the video below, which shows an epic clash between Morgan Elsbeth and General Grievous. This suggests that the series will show how her people, the Nightsisters, were massacred during the Clone Wars by Grievous and the Separatist Droid Army.
“As Tales of the Jedi were talking about Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku, Tales of the Empire will focus on previously unseen events in the lives of the characters featured“, teases Disney.
Among the voice actors, Diana Lee Inosanto will take the role of Morgan Elsbeth, Meredith Salenger that of Barriss Offee, Rya Kihlstedt will be Lyn, aka the Fourth Sister, Wing T. Chao will play WingLars Mikkelsen will overtake Admiral Thrawn again, Jason. Isaacs will play The Grand Inquisitor and Matthew Wood will General Grievous.
The series was created by Dave Filoniwho also serves as supervising director and executive producer alongside Athena Yvette Portillo and Carrie Beck.
