Hogwarts teachers make themselves known: the official casting of the Harry Potter series
Warner Bros. has just confirmed a few names, such as John Lithgow in Dumbledore or Paapa Essiedu in Severus Rogue. And new identities have been revealed.

John Lithgowstar of Dexter, The Crown Or How I putwill take the role ofAlbus Dumbledore. Janet McTeernasty of Ozakwill play the benevolent director of the Gryffindor house, Minerva McGonagall. Paapa essiedu will resume the job of Hogwarts potions teacher, alias Severus Rogue. And Nick Frost will be the gameguard turned into a teacher, Rubeus Hagrid. All will be regular characters in the series.
Two other names have just been revealed by Warner Bros. First, that of Luke Thallon who will play the role of Quirrell Quirrelprofessor of defense against the forces of evil which appears in the first volume of the literary saga.
Then Paul Whitehouse will take role ofArgus Rusardthe famous Hogwarts concierge.
