House of Usher pays blood price in trailer for Mike Flanagan’s new horror drama
A horror series that promises to thrill Netflix subscribers.

There are their vile children and other nieces and nephews. A gallery of awful people, who will be overtaken by destiny. Karma. And a woman who knows all their dark secrets and who is going to make them pay, one after the other. The new series of Mike Flanagan – creator of Hill House and Midnight Oaths – promises to be sinisterly enjoyable. This latest horrific creation from Mike Flanagan for Netflix is based on several works by Edgar Allan Poe. “The Ushers built a pharmaceutical empire. But dark secrets emerge when the dynasty’s heirs begin to die at the hands of a mysterious woman from their past.” summarizes the synopsis.
Mike Flanagan and Michael Fimognari each directed four episodes. Flanagan wrote all the scripts. Released October 12 on Netflix.
