It’s time to return to Serenity, South Carolina. A year and a half after the end of season 3, broadcast in summer 2023, we find Maddie, Dana Sue and Helen for season 4 of the series In the shade of Magnolias. The soap will return precisely on February 6, 2025 on the platform, as highlighted in the official trailer (below).

The video gives a glimpse of what’s in store this year, as the residents of the town of Serenity celebrate Christmas. We find Maddie, Helen and Dana Sue growing closer, as they face tragedy together, a crisis in the city and a violent storm…

The official synopsis details: “Come spend the holidays at Serenity, as Season 4 takes us from Halloween to Christmas, with surprising laughs, unexpected heartbreaks, and renewed determination along the way. While juggling the twists and turns of their love lives, Maddie, Dana Sue and Helen must also deal with the return of old enemies, the loss of great loves and the pain of transitioning from dreams past to dreams present. As the men in their lives pursue their own dreams and the teenage girls take difficult steps toward adulthood, the Magnolias support each other.”
