The official book recently released by Marvel Studios, The Marvel Cinematic Universe: An Official Timeline, the assessment without ambiguity. In this “bible” of the MCU, we can read:
“After bidding a heartbreaking farewell to her children, Wanda destroys Wundagore – and collapses it on itself – ending two great threats to the entire multiverse.”
The “end” of the Wanda Maximoff threat is therefore confirmed here. The book also emphasizes that this is its “Earth-616” version, that is, the one from the main MCU universe.
