Ken and Ryu Unite in Street Fighter Movie Trailer
The new live action adaptation will obviously replay most of the iconic moves from the fighting video game on screen.

The movie Street Fighter “promises to bring arcade combat to the big screen, with Hadoukens, roundhouse kicks and all the iconic characters from the saga” already announces Paramount and the trailer confirms in images. The new live action adaptation will first seek to satisfy fans, by replaying on the big screen the most legendary moves of the famous video game, by bringing to life all the key characters of the saga, around an American hero, Ken (the blond in the red kimono), played by Noah Centineo, young Netflix star of the romantic franchise To all the boys I’ve loved and action series The Recruit.
Ken will be the central character around which all the other fighters in Street Fighter IIstarting with Ryu, played by Andrew Koji.
With them we will also see Callina Liang in the role of Chun-Li, the wrestler Roman Reigns in the role of Akuma, the actor of Suicide Squad David Dastmalchian in the role of M. Bison, wrestler Cody Rhodes in the role of Guile, rapper/actor 50 Cent in the role of Balrog, and even star Jason Momoa in the role of Blanka.
In the rest of the cast, Andrew Schulz will play Dan Hibiki, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim and Eric André as Don Sauvage, and Orville Peck will play Vega, Olivier Richters will play Zangief, and Hirooki Goto will play E. Honda, while Rayna Vallandingham will play Juli, and Mel Jarnson will play Cammy.
The story will be pretty basic. A case of a world martial arts tournament to save the world.

Directed by Kitao Sakurai, the film Street Fighter will be released on October 14, 2026 in cinemas in France.
