After his debut in Glee and his rise in Supergirl in the ArrowVerse, Melissa Benoist get down to business. The 35-year-old American actress will star in a political drama for HBO Max. In Girls on the Bus, we will follow four journalists on the road to the presidential election, alongside the candidates. A drama with feminist overtones, three competing reporters, fighting for the scoops, will end up joining forces and sticking together to cover this merciless battle for the White House. Carla Gugino, Natasha Behnam and Christina Elmore complete the cast.
Created by Julie Plecthe former boss of Vampire Diaries, The Girls have the Bus will be broadcast on Thursday March 14 in the United States on Max with its first two episodes, followed by a new weekly episode until May 9. In France, the series can be seen on Prime Video with the Warner pass.
