Our favorites and all the nominees for the 2026 Emmy Awards

The Pitt, Pluribus, Widow’s Bay, Acharnés… The race for the Emmys promises to be particularly competitive. Between the announced favorites and our favorites, we list, category by category, those we see winning and those we would especially like to see win.

There will be tension tonight in the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

If The Pitt will be the favorite to his own succession, this 78th Emmy Awards ceremony, which will be held this night – live in France on Canal+ from 12:50 a.m. for the red carpet – could well be one of the most undecided in recent years.

DTF St. Louis (HBO Max) seems to have a head start in the mini-series category as does Widow’s Bay (Apple TV) in the comedy category, but……
