The incredible sketch from 2017 gets an even crazier sequel. Discover the video for Papyrus 2, broadcast Saturday evening in the USA during SNL.

Seven years ago, Ryan Gosling caused a sensation at Saturday Night Live with one of his best sketches of the SNL. In a crazy story imagined by Julio Torres, he played Steven, an ordinary man who becomes obsessed with the film's logo Avatar and its “typo” Papyrus…strangely basic. “Every day I wake up and remember that Avatar, a huge international blockbuster, used the font Papyrus for its logo, and no one stopped them.”

Saturday night, Emily Blunt was the star of SNL. SO Ryan Goslingwho plays him in the film Fall Guy (May 1st in cinemas in France), made a thunderous surprise appearance in Papyrus 2the following.

In this sketch produced by Dave McCary (Emma Stone's husband), he takes on the role of Steven, marked by several years of therapy and who seems to have finally overcome his demons. In reality, when he understands thatAvatar 2 simply took the same font, changing it to bold, it switches again. He goes so far as to manipulate a Disney employee (Sarah Sherman) into going out with him, in order to attend the “Disney Graphics Awards Ball”. There, he will meet his worst enemy, the graphic designer responsible for the logo. Avatar. But the end has an unexpected twist: Steven is none other than Steven Wingdings, the son of the creator of the incomprehensible font. Wingdingswhich uses symbols instead of letters…

After his hit in barbie, Ryan Gosling goes strong again with this real 6-minute short film not to be missed below!
