The Mysteries of Love: no, it’s not really over!
The cancellation of the series was immediately denied by Jean-Luc Azoulay, who only spoke of a change of channel.
Hélène and Nicolas are immortal.
After more than 900 episodes, The Mysteries of Love will end in December on TMC. Launched in 2011, the third variation of the Hélène et les Garçons universe (after The Miracle of Love and The Holidays of Love) will have been on the air for fourteen years. Rare longevity for a French series.
But this time, it’s the end… or not really?
TF1 and JLA Productions have decided by mutual agreement to stop broadcasting Les Mystères de L’Amour on TMC at the end of the year, after 14 years of uninterrupted success, the current schedule of which no longer allows this cult series to flourish.
But fans can rest assured…— JEAN LUC AZOULAY (@JLA777) October 9, 2025
Hélène and Nicolas will visibly leave the channels of the TF1 group, to better be reborn elsewhere. The program should apparently return, on another channel or platform. Jean-Luc Azoulay even promises the return of the series in 2026. He explains:
“TF1 and JLA Productions have decided by mutual agreement to stop at the end of the year, after 14 years of uninterrupted success, the broadcast of The Mysteries of Love on TMC, the current schedule of which no longer allows the flourishing of this cult series. But fans rest assured, they will find Hélène, Nicolas, Fanny, Christian and all their iconic friends from 2026 on another channel that they will know very soon !”
We don’t yet know who will take over The Mysteries of Love. But a priori, the saga is not yet over. We haven’t seen Hélène and Nicolas’s grandchildren yet!
