The atmosphere was relaxed on the red carpet, where fans were able to see the complicity and availability of the cast who took the time to sign autographs.
Denis Villeneuve went on stage to receive a standing ovation from the spectators and express his thanks to the audience (“you were very patient, that means a lot to me“), but also to his sister, who was in charge of managing Covid on the set of Dune 2as well as the playwright Wajdi Mouawad, present in the room, whose play Villeneuve adapted Fires At the movie theater.

This film stands head and shoulders above 95% of Hollywood production. The religious subject is mastered, the image sublime, the music masterful. Take your time without ever getting bored. Dealing with the intimate and the gigantic. Adapt. Dennis, thank you. #DuneTheFilm pic.twitter.com/pKy6IID4m2
