When will season 3 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians be released on Disney +?

Good news, there won’t be long to wait!

Season 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians has just ended. And she’s not just concluding a new adventure: she’s already preparing for what’s next.

Thanks to a post-credits scene, Disney+ has quietly confirmed the release window for Season 3… and fans can rejoice.

The platform indeed announces a return of the series in 2026. Season 3 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians will be released “this year” promises Disney Plus, without giving more details. We should definitely expect a launch around December (like season 2).

Officially ordered in March 2025, season 3 entered production last August and will wrap up filming in a few weeks.

The post-credits scene in question already teases the next chapter in the story of Percy and Annabeth This season 3 will in fact adapt The Fate of the Titan, third volume of the literary saga. And in fact, we see Percy and Annabeth at a prom. A romantic sequence – to the sound of the hit “I Found You” – which directly picks up the opening of the novel. In the book, Percy and Annabeth go to a school after Grover discovers the existence of two new demigods. The high school dance in question marks their first meeting with them, before taking them back to Camp Half-Blood. We therefore understand that this post-credits scene is absolutely an extract from the upcoming season 3!

Note that this finale of Percy Jackson 2 offers a second post-credits scene, which brings us back to Circe’s island, where the goddess is continuing her plan. She then presents Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase as heroes who have completed the Sirens’ test…
