Zack Snyder is launching the filming of a “intimate” film and favorite in South America
The filmmaker will abandon the fantastic and the SF to film The Last Photograph.

After the diptych Rebel Moon On Netflix, the director attacks The Last Photographpresented as his granD “Film that has been passionate about him for a long time”.
Written by Kurt Johnstad – already an accomplice of Snyder on 300 And Rebel Moon – The film will tell the story of a former DEA agent who returns to South America to find his missing niece. For this, he associates himself with a war photoreporter, the only witness to have seen the face of the killers. Their journey leads them always further from civilization, in an odyssey where reality and unreal are blurring, and where everyone will have to face their ghosts.
In the casting, Snyder will also find two actors in Rebel Moon : Stuart Martin and Fra Fee will be the casting and were chosen in particular for the strong link with the filmmaker on this previous shooting.
