After Explosive adolescence And HuntedAmerican filmmaker Brian Duffield signs this thriller with an apocalyptic feel. A young diver seeks to find the remains of his father, swallowed by a sperm whale. An expedition that will perhaps cost him his life.
In the casting, we will find Austin Abrams in the role of the diver, Josh Brolin in that of the father, but also Elisabeth Shue (Cocktail), Jane Levy (What/If) and John Ortiz (Happiness Therapy).
It is to Duffield that we owe the scenarios of Jane Got a Gun (by Natalie Portman), The Babysitter (with Samara Weaving) and Underwater (with Kristen Stewart). So here he is on familiar ground in the middle of the ocean.
