Mom must be burnedwith the scathing title, promises to be a black comedy in a family of undertakers…

For his ninth feature film, in the casting, Albert Dupontel will take the stage and opposite Artus, the star from A Little Something Extraas well as Julia Piaton (The Secret of Khufu) and Louise Coldefy (seen in the series Fiasco And Family Business).

Produced by ADCB Films, the film is distributed by Pathé. It is currently filming.

Synopsis: “In a family of undertakers, two sisters and a brother meet for their mother’s funeral. The staff being on strike, they must complete the funeral protocol by themselves. How can they agree to burn Mom?”

Mom must be burned will be released in theaters on November 11, 2026.
