Already more than a million admissions in France for Conjuring 4
The horrific franchise makes a carnage at the French box office, and all the new products of the week have managed their launch.
The time for judgment is also that of going to the cash register for the cinemas.
After its very good start in the United States, Conjuring 4 is a card in France and already spends, after 1 week, the symbolic CAP of the million entries. Michael Chaves’ film thus becomes the 23rd millionaire feature film of the year 2025 in France. He obviously takes the lead in the national ranking and signs, in passing, the best start of the saga in France. With almost double the score of Conjuring 3: Under the influence of the devil (660,000 admissions in 2022, for a final total of 1.8 million), Conjuring 4 is on the way to get the absolute record for the franchise with us.
Behind, Downton Abbey III: The Grand Final Attracts more than 200,000 spectators in 423 rooms and settled in second position. It is as well as the second part, A new era (180,000 admissions for its first week in 2022) but a little less than the First Downton Abbey movie (280,000 spectators in 2019 for its first week).
