Arthur Fleck’s trial in new Joker 2 teaser

Lady Gaga defends the sociopath in this new courtroom sneak peek at Joker: Madness A Two.

While it will be shown this week at the Venice Film Festival, in official competition, the highly anticipated Joker: Madness for Twogets a new teaser. Warner Bros. has released this new 30-second trailer (see below), which contains never-before-seen footage of Arthur Fleck as he stands trial for his crimes.

The video in question reveals a Joker who is still as crazy – even hitting the judge – played by a Joaquin Phoenix hysterical, galvanizing the crowd that came to support him in court. The accused indeed benefits from enormous popular support. Starting with that of a certain Harleen Quinzel, alias Harley Quinn – played by Lady Gaga – who speaks to defend Arthur: “He’s not sick! He’s perfect!”

Joker 2directed by Todd Phillips, will be released in theaters in France on October 2, 2024.
