The new Star Wars series will showcase the Jedi trained by Anakin Skywalker.
This is the very first time that the character ofAshoka Tano is embodied in flesh and blood on the screen. Rosario Dawson will be the face of Anakin Skywalker’s apprentice, who first appeared in the Star Wars universe in 2008 in the animated series The Clone Wars.
While the release of the new series Ahsoka fast approaching, Disney has just released a featurette presented by part of the cast.
“Ahsoka has been a much-loved character for years (…) Given the magnitude of this story, I can’t wait for people to see this”, says Rosario Dawson in particular in the video, who does not hide his enthusiasm at the idea of entering the world of George Lucas. In the series, Anakin’s last Padawan, before he turns to the dark side, will have to investigate a threat that could upset the fragile balance of a still vulnerable galaxy. She will also have to face Thrawn, the main villain of the animated series. Rebels.
