Timothée Chalamet Impressed Elle Fanning on the Set of Bob Dylan Biopic

In A Complete Unknown, the actress gives him the cue and lends her features to the American singer’s first love.

Elle Fanning And Timothée Chalamet having fun on the set of A Complete Unknownbiopic dedicated to Bob Dylan. This is evidenced by the photographs taken in the streets of New York, where the production of the film supervised by James Mangold (Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Logan).

Interviewed by the American magazine GlamourElle Fanning confirmed her good understanding with the star of Dune :

“It was great to build that relationship with Timmy, he worked so hard for that role. He sings everything live, like he really wants to give it his all. It was very special to watch him do it. And he’s a long-time friend. So yeah, I’m happy to be a part of it.”

The pair had already played opposite each other in A Rainy Day in New Yorkfilm by Woody Allen in which they shared the bill (and the love triangle) with Selena Gomez. Between the release of this film in 2019 and the filming of A Complete Unknownthe two friends followed different paths, with Chalamet making a place for himself in the blockbuster universe (Dune, Dune, Part Two, Wonka), Fanning dedicating herself to her role as Catherine II for the small screen (The Great for Hulu).
