Ted Lasso season 4 is officially ordered

Jason Sudeikis will come back to train AFC Richmond.

Two years later, here Ted Lasso ! Jason Sudeikis will resume its role in a season 4, officially commissioned by Apple TV+ today.

The detail of the casting is not mentioned but Apple specifies that this new season will bring together “L‘Set of the team behind the successful comedy, including Jason Sudeikis in the role of the famous football coach. “

A little surprise, since we thought the series ended. The last episode of season 3 – in May 2023 – marked a real end of adventure for Ted Lasso at the Richmond club, even if Apple has always kept the open door, refusing to confirm that it was the end of the series.

We do not know exactly what that means or who will play in the workforce of AFC Richmond, but Jack Burditt (Nobody Wants This) joins the fourth season as a delegate producer, as part of a new agreement with Apple TV+. Jason Sudeikis will also be producer alongside Brendan HuntJoe Kelly, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee and Bill Wrubel. Brett Goldstein is a screenwriter and producer delegate alongside Leanne Bowen.
