Black Rabbit, a new Netflix thriller series to see at the start of the school year.

Jason Bateman is Jude Law’s brother Loser in a new Netflix series. “When the owner of the New York Rest Rest Restaurant lets his disrupted brother take part in the family business, the troubles are increasing.” The Black Rabbit’s trailer is online (below).

Black Rabbit promises to be a tense urban thriller, immersed in the world of New York night. According to the official synopsis, the series follows Jake Friedken (Law), a charismatic owner of Black Rabbit, a restaurant and lounge VIP about to become the most prominent place in the city. But the balance is broken when his brother Vince (Bateman) resurfaces unexpectedly and brings back with him his share of past injuries and new dangers, threatening to shatter everything they have built.

The series of 8 episodes will be released on Thursday September 18. It is partly performed by Bateman himself, which stages the first two episodes. He is also an executive producer alongside Jude Law and the creators Zach Baylin and Kate Susman.

The casting brings together an impressive gallery of second roles: Cleopatra Coleman (Clipped), Amaka Okafor (Bodies), ọuver Dìrísù (Gangs of London), Troy Kotsur (Coda), Abbey Lee (Florida Man), Chris Coy (The Deuce), Dagmara Dominkzyk (the succession) Staircase), Robin de Jesus (Welcome to Chippendales), and many others.
